Job began well for bat exclusion. First part completed with identification of issue and estimate for complete job. Second part completed with 80% exclusion and installation of one-way traps for bats. Third part (removal of traps, completion of exclusion, and clean up in attic) not completed. Not returning phone calls. Emails bounce back. Contact through web page not working.
