They missed out on two potential customers by refusing to communicate or work with us and came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and quite honestly condescending. I also felt I was treated as if I didn’t understand the renovation process simply because I’m a woman. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere."

We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."
