They are very friendly, accommodating to our requests. We called Chris to get an estimate on a repair that a cleaning service did to our floor. They (Chris & Ron) came back not only to give an estimate, but repair the problem on the spot. Very professional & friendly.

We hired Peak Floors in June to refinish our shiny orange oak floors with a different stain. I was concerned about deep scratches in the floor from our dog, choosing the right stain and what the final product would look like. Peak worked with us every step of the way from giving us ample samples to choose from which included their extensive knowledge of what would work best and alleviated our fears about the finished product. We chose Graphite stain and our floors are gorgeous. It looks like we installed new flooring which has transformed the look of our home. Pat and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Contract promised best quality two coat floor refinish with estimate of two days of work. After 10 hours of work in one day, the team left leaving two bags of debris at my home, but out of sight. When dried, I found the floor gravelly in texture, three trim pieces at doorways were not sanded or varnished. After two communications, the sales rep Ron agreed to visit at a specific time, I told him I was not available. I rescheduled my workday to be present. He completely agreed with my request to complete the job, but noted he did get back to me to reschedule. Three days later, hearing nothing. I communicated some dates we found convenient for completion of the job, no response as of a day later. in the Meanwhile, we live with living room and dining room furniture in limbo congesting our home.

The crew that worked on my floors went above and beyond to get them finished!

Ron and his crew did a terrific job on my hardwood floors. They sanded, took care of a few minor repairs, stained, sealed and polyurethanes them. They were here in a timely manner and kept the worksite neat. They refinished a living room, dining area, hall and 2 bedrooms. My floors are beautiful. I would recommend Peak Floors without hesitation.
