The floors look wonderful.  The installers were terrific.  Price was great for work done and quality of flooring.

They do special orders for us. Their prices are appropriate for what you get. The special orders are expensive but you know that going in. They aren't charging you extra. Their installation in excellent.

After deciding on the product we wanted for our kitchen flooring we stopped at Pape Flooring to get an estimate of the work to be done. We used Quick Step Quadra Black Opal slate, an engineered product that gave a look of textured tile. Their selection seemed larger than Molyneaux.  Ken demonstrated that the product was more scratch resistive than tile or wood products.
Ken seemed  much more interested in completing the job than Molyneaux (this discussed in Molyneaux's review).
Ken came and measured the area and scheduled for it to be installed.  I'm not positive but I think they sub-contract for the installers. Installation went well, Roland was professional and did a good job with it, alerting me to problem areas-one door was too long to accommodate the flooring.  This problem was quickly resolved with Roland's help; simply took the door off as it was due to be replaced for the project anyway.
We could have saved about $500 by buying the flooring online and contracting out ourselves but did not want to have the hassle of delivery of the product.  It was shipped via freight and we could only point out problems with it immediately after delivery. Also, the weight of the shipment would have been an issue as well.

They were very nice and helpful. They have a lot of samples in their showroom so that we can pick what we want. We did not have any problem with them. We bought carpets from them and they installed it as well. There was a young guy and an older guy who did carpet installation. My husband and I had some errands to run and we asked the guy how long he will take to do the job as we wanted to go out and come back. He said he did not know and on insisting he said he will be here for three hours. My husband then asked him if he can give him the cheque and he said he did not want it. He had a very bad attitude. They called us when we were out just to say that there was some problem with the carpeting. We appreciated that they wanted to keep us informed about what they were doing. However, when we got home we saw that they had left without locking the door. They did not tell us they were leaving. We went to their store and complained about it to the manger. He took good care of us. Their carpeting work is nice. The guys never cleaned up after they finished the work. The manger was upset about all this and he gave us some money off as compensation. He said these things would never happen again. I probably will use them in the future.

Job completed on time. Sales and measurement easy. Have had severe different types of flooring put down in the past in two different houses and this was by far our smoothest experience with placing new flooring.

We were very pleased with their work. I appreciated the buying process as well as the skill of the installation team. I was pleased with the guidance we received on which carpet to select based on our requirements. We were led directly to a short list of what would meet our needs. We were also pleased with the time estimate they gave us. They told us it would be two weeks to get the carpet in and one week to schedule our install. It was exactly that. We chose Pape because we wanted top notch installation skills. We just finished our basement and had a significant amount of custom woodwork done that we did not want damaged. We can touch up paint, but fixing scratches on glazed hardwood is something else. The install team did a flawless job. Nothing was scratched or damaged and the work they did carpeting up to the ceramic tile was as good as what is on display in their showroom. We covered the woodwork with drop clothes and they were diligent in using it.

THE SALESMAN WAS HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE PROPER CARPETING. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARPET LAYERS.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPED GUIDE MY SELECTION. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALSO, INSTALLATION WAS EFFICIENT AND WELL DONE.
