"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"Excellent. I can’t say enough great things about this family. Prices are fair and the quality of work is spot on. Jake (Son) came out quickly to diagnose my electrical issues with pillar lamp at the end of my driveway. Explained the different options with prices on how to correct the problem. Came back after I located the break in the conduit and then worked up two more estimates. Jeff (Dad) communicated with me. Emailed the proposals and followed up with my concerns immediately. Jake and Zach (Jeff’s sons) arrived on time and worked all day. The work was professionally done and they cleaned up after. I would 100% use these guys again and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job."

"I had a quote from a highly recommended company when I decided to contact DS Burkholder. Lester got back to me 3 times faster than the first company & quoted me a price that was hundreds of dollars less than the other company. He spent over 30 minutes with me discussing my needs and ideas of what electrical changes needed to be addressed. He was always quickly responsive, thorough, and a clear and effective communicator. I emailed him two additional items before our appointment and he gave me concrete prices and just added them to the estimate. He sent a team of hard workers who clearly have pride in doing a great job. This job was such a bright spot that it helped offset a very bad experience with another contractor. Very, very pleased with everything!"

"I got a good read from Bill right from the start. Knowledgeable, personable and fairly priced. Billâ s team installed a 5 zone mini split system in my new home. The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. With 5 zones I wasnâ t sure how the lines from the outside of the house would look, but Bill came up with a solid plan on where to run them so the outside doesnâ t look over-worked. Universal Air will now be my go-to for all of my hvac needs. I highly recommend!"
