"Joe and company were amazing throughout the entire process! This was our first renovation project and we were so impressed the entire way through! We had them move a wall to create a butlers pantry, transform a bedroom into a full bath and laundry room, and create a beautiful mud room space. They were so easy to work with for project adjustments, and did a wonderful job each day cleaning up before leaving! Robert was our project manager and he was absolutely amazing! You could really tell he cared and took pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. If I had more of a budget I would have used them to continue on to the rest of the house too! Overall we are extremely happy with the experience!"

"After reviewing a number of contractors provided by Angie's, we hired D. Willis, GCI, to renovate our basement that had been infested with mold. I must say that it was a great decision. We worked with Perry who is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He is available to communicate at all times and is extremely knowledgeable. In addition, his wife, Meredith, a decorator, was available to offer her expertise. The staff, material and workmanship were of the highest quality. The end product was what we had hoped for as it was bright, inviting and extremely welcoming. Of note is the bathroom as the walk-in shower, the toilet and sink cabinet were of the highest quality. "The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. He sold us on an experienced crew and then hired a sub contractor that he had no prior experience working with. For four weeks he sent one guy with no help and no oversight. Along the way there were a few large mistakes and numerous small mistakes. We spent thousands on cabinets, appliances and other materials that ended up dented and scratched. He left trash and scrap outside, broken glass in the yard, and trashed our deck. There was no electrical rough in inspection and the plumbing failed the first inspection. Overall Total Home Solution did the bare minimum and it shows in the finished product."
