"We've been using Karma Diva for 10 months and are very happy with their service. Very professional, well organized, environmentally friendly, good communication. They seem to have good ethics concerning the treatment of their employees as well as their clients. The first few visits were by various cleaners. Then we were assigned Dan, who has been our regular cleaner ever since. Karma Diva stays in good communication through email, sending an email prior to each scheduled cleaning to confirm the date, and a follow up receipt afterwards."

"We needed our chimney cleaned, since it hadn't been cleaned in the year and a half since we moved into the house. Alliance gave us a reasonable price, and were friendly and professional when they arrived. Though the chimney had supposedly been cleaned before we moved in, they said it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. So I believe they did a thorough inspection and trust that they cleaned it out as needed. We plan on continuing to use Alliance for our chimney cleaning."

"Pros: The gentleman were punctual and professional. The price is good at $195 for a 950 sq ft apartment. Cons: The carpets don't look that clean. There are still some food stains that were not removed. They attacked these spots with stiff brushes and it looks like the carpet is damaged there. Summary: Not bad at this price point, but next time I will opt for steam cleaning. This chemical process doesn't seem very effective."
