Larry came out to measure and look at the property.  He arrived a few minutes early for an 8 am appointment.  He introduced himself, gave me his business card, and shook my hand.  Very professional and accommodating.
All of my contact with Deb was very efficient and pleasant.  Another asset to your organization.  She was friendly, personable and professional.
Marta and I only communicated a couple of times; she too, was great.
Gary (the owner) came out for a final look before the work started.  It is very reassuring to have someone with his experience and expertise come out to review the project.  We met to sign papers after he took a look at the job, and I felt like I was in the company of a friend.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  Another pro.  :-)
On installation day, Sam and his crew were on time and got right to work.  When I asked him if they could start the install at a certain place in the yard he replied "no problem, I'm glad you mentioned it because we want to do what's right for you".  Wow.
The second day of the install was the Friday before the blizzard.  Sam and his assistants stayed until after dark to finish up and clean up the property.
We had coffee available for the installers and they expressed their appreciation over and over.
In summary, this company is excellent.  Not one time was anyone late, rude, condescending or impolite.  Every time I asked if they could do something, the answer was "yes, sure, we can do that!".  An outstanding experience, a gorgeous fence for a fair price!!  
(And no one complained about dog poo in the yard)  :-)
