I can't say ENOUGH. My old kitchen was poorly designed with limited counter and cupboard space. Ed Dipilla utilized that same space and designed a kitchen with more than average cabinet and counter space for its 11x11 size. While I was doing this on a tiny budget, I still had myriad choices. I chose black Corian counter tops, and my cabinets are in a cherry finish. I am using my old appliances for the moment, but still my kitchen is gorgeous. His crew had to move plumbing and install electric on the fourth wall, install additional overhead lighting, and put in a 22/11 ft. quality floor. They even had to do some repair work on the sub floor. While this job to me was major, the company does major remodeling work in hospitals and grand homes. But shoe string that mine was, I was treated first class. The most amazing thing was that when everything had come into his shop and he put me on their schedule, the actual time spent in my house was 8 days! I'd asked before they started how long I'd be without a kitchen, as I'd heard horror stories of kitchens unfinished for weeks. I didn't believe him when he said 7 or 8 work days depending upon structural work, but he was true to his word. This is their modus operandi. While they have several projects going at once, when they enter your home, they have subcontractors lined up, your cabinets are finished in their workshop and once they start, they work non stop till its finished. Besides all this, his crew was a joy to have in my home. They were the pleasantest crew imaginable. My friends are astonished by the transformation of my kitchen, and I rave about Dipilla Bros. to all who will listen. I noticed they have no reviews in Angie's List. Its the best kept secret in Chester County. Others need to know about Dipilla Brothers.
