Perry was very helpful in speaking directly to the home warranty company to confirm the nature of the problem and that replacing the opener with a new one was the proper thing to do. Once we had the ok from the warranty company, Perry got right to work. When he was finished, he was very thorough in his clean up. We will absolutely have him back the next time we have repairs we can't get to/do ourselves."
