"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."

"We hired this contractor almost a year ago to do various projects. The work was supposed to be finished in 10 days according to the contract. We are here almost a year later and there is still work that is unfinished. I paid Martin before all of the work was completed, and I can’t get ahold of him to finish the work now. The pipe still hasn’t been cut, and there is still a huge piece of concrete in our side yard. I’m not sure what to do now."
