"We hired this contractor almost a year ago to do various projects. The work was supposed to be finished in 10 days according to the contract. We are here almost a year later and there is still work that is unfinished. I paid Martin before all of the work was completed, and I can’t get ahold of him to finish the work now. The pipe still hasn’t been cut, and there is still a huge piece of concrete in our side yard. I’m not sure what to do now."

"I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! They installed two new Lennox systems in my home as well as a tankless hot water heater. The hot water heater leaked and flooded my home causing mold, almost a week of no hot water and no compensation. This year, 4 years later and still under warranty, they misdiagnosed issues with the Lennox Thermostat they installed and then proceeded to charge me FOUR TIMES... Yes FOUR TIMES for service calls... Their ‘customer service’ is awful and the women who work there are completely inept... STAY AWAY!!!"

"Never bring anything here!!! I brought my Dewalt DXPW3400PR 20 volt pressure washer here. The father told me it was the electronics and told me he would fix it.... He also said the carb needed rebuilt and spark plug needed changing plus he aeded air yo the tires. I'm a mechanic and should have diagnosed it myself cause he didnt replace the electronics he bypassrd them completely. He didn't rebuild the carb he sprayed it with gumout. He didnt replace the plug, 8 did that 4 weeks before, he pulled my spark plug and wire brushed it i could see the wire brush marks, on the carb.... I had markings on it and they were unmoved. Air?... i filled the tires up 2 days beforehand. I never did when i got it and it was a year old. He also overfilled my oil. He started talking about the pump and low and behold the 2nd time i turn it on the pumps leaking at the gasket. Coincidence? Not likely. Also something fell on it and dented the cradle where the pressure wand sits. I paid $300 bucks for my machine ti be worse than when i brought it to them. If they see me they should run."

"A few weeks back I came home and my oil heater wasn't working. The house was about 50 degrees and I was able to get it started up again but the entire house smelled like oil. The following morning I called Ferro, having dealt w/ them as my oil supplier. They came out first thing in the morning to tell me that my heater had a crack in it and would need to be replaced. I asked them how quickly it could be done since the temperature was about to drop. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would have a whole new heater there and installed by the end of the day. I first started using Ferro back in 2005. I came home from a business trip to find that my heater was out of oil. It was 3:00 in the morning and people still used the Yellow Pages back then, i called 3 numbers before them but they were the first to call back. They came within an hour and I had a warm house shortly after. They are the only heating and AC company I will ever use. Professional, helpful and just great people to deal with..."
