"They came out & explained how they were going to resolve the drainage issue from our basement & lawn. We were surprised at the depth of work they had done to ensure that this issue was resolved for the new owners. They did as they said they would do per the estimate. These guys worked so hard & got rained on a good bit of the day, yet that didn't stop them from completing the job. They went above & beyond. "Sebastian and his team at Perfect Dry were amazing to work with. They waterproofed the basement and then refinished it- creating walls, doors, a staircase, flooring, and painting the ceiling and walls. As a person with not much experience in this area, Sebastian explained everything thoroughly, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Sebastian came back very quickly to adjust a small issue I had with one of the doors about two weeks after the job was complete.
