753 Was charged $65 Sqft for a new driveway costing $13k. Drive way is soft and sinking where my vehicle is parked. Work was done last fall and is already failing. Called 4 times and left a msg, did not get a return call. I called this company based on positive online reviews, I’m trying to save...
Instead of checking for refrigerant leak, the owner, Albert Sobolosky looked in the sewer drain! He did not check for refrigerant leak. Only looked in sewer drain! Still can't believe he didn't check for refrigerant leak! He even said he doesn't know what to do!
Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning Inccleared the sludge buildup from the drain line checked pressures and connectors cleaned the coils
SUNSET AIR AND HOME SERVICES INCIt went well. Tom came in with his skid loader and graded the driveway of so that it will drain instead of puddle. He spread #3A limestone and then tracked it in with his machine. Instead of a wet, sloppy driveway, I've got a solid dry driveway.
Miller Contracting and Excavation. Plumber fixed both problems. Put cap on garbage disposal and unclogged drain. Worker kept me informed during process He cleaned up the kitchen floor and other debris and replaced my things under the sink.
They came out and they installed french drains, and two sump pumps. They were very good.

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"Less than 5 years ago, I spent in excess of $10,000 to have a new unit installed with a 10 year warranty. I should have seen the red flags from the very beginning. The sales representative told us additional vents would be installed and when the installation crew showed up, that did not happen. Fast forward to the present and I am now on my 4th phone call for an appointment this season, 3 days so far of not being able to work as I waited for a technician to come diagnose the problem. The 3rd. tech came last night and indicated that the work the other tech did was not for the root of the problem. (I was told in front of witnesses that the work needed to be done, was not covered under warranty, would cost me $367 and would fix my issues)In fact, the 3rd tech only made the issue worse by leaving our attic return unscrewed and overfilling our unit with Freon that the 4th tech had to remove from our system. Upon leaving last night I was told that everything was corrected. Today - my home is slowly creeping up in temperature (presently 80 degrees inside, while set to 72). The company keeps trying to sell me a "maintenance plan" and I keep reiterating to EVERY one who pushes it that we have been getting tune ups/cleanings elsewhere and will only use them for warranty issues since we have had NOTHING but problems with them."

When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."
