Welcome to Santosusso Construction! Located in Philadelphia, PA. Covering the Tri-State area. We are licensed & insured, offering free estimates. We specialize in residential work including: New Construction, Total Gut Renovations, Remodels, Additions, Decks, Kitchen / Bath, Roofs,Concrete,Basement Dig-outs, Brick Fronts, Demo, Etc. I'm Steve Santosusso owner and operator of Santosusso Construction Inc. Santosusso Construction has been a licensed company since 1988, beginning in Los Angeles, California. After being involved in construction for a number of years, I attended and graduated from Pacific Coast Contractor's School. The curriculum included general knowledge of all trades, estimating, and OSHA laws. In 1993 I moved my company to the East Coast where I've been licensed in PA ever since. We are a small personal company with hands on attention to every project. Our employees are well trained and trust-worthy, as are all sub-contractors, whom I have used for many years. Santosusso Construction did an amazing job on stepping in to save the day on a fix and flip project that was started by a previous construction company. It would have been completely understandable if Steve, the owner, would’ve opted out from doing the work. But instead, he jumped in, provided a fair price and brought only licensed and expert tradesmen onto the project to get the property sold. After experiencing his dedication to this project, and seeing first hand that he went above and beyond of what was expected, I hired him to renovate my home. Steve is very thorough, honest and was always ready to answer any questions that I had. He kept me updated daily regarding the progress of the construction and assured me that the renovation would be done on time. I would highly recommend Santosusso Construction over any other construction company in the Delaware Valley. And I will 100% be using them again in the future.

We had a house fire and pretty much needed our entire home rebuilt. Steve was recommended by a mutual friend and we are so GLAD he was! He was very responsive, came right out to evaluate the situation, discussed options with us and had some GREAT ideas on some changes to make during the rebuild. Our “wish list” he called it. Steve and his employees were practically like family by the time they were done. They cleaned up after each day of work , were kind, considerate and respectful and they all spoke English! We highly recommend Steve and his team .

RESTORED OUR FAITH IN CONTRACTORS! After a nightmare experience with a previous contractor, Steve and his guys restored our trust! Steve walked us through everything and never left us in the dark if there was an issue. He was very up front and explained all the ins and outs of whatever had to be done. Beautiful work. Five Star Plus! I was a Realtor for over 30 years and rarely hugged a contractor but Steve Santosusso and his crew were contractors extraordinaire. Not only did they do great work but they were compassionate to our needs and respectful of our property always cleaning any dust or debris at the end of each day. Highly recommended! A definite Must Call!
