This business is a mess - AVOID. I was contacted by this organization from Angi site on Sunday and we scheduled a 12pm appt for Monday Aug 2nd. I turned down 3 other calls. I took the time to line up a person to be at our house. At 1:19pm we received a call that there was some sort of back up at another job. I said OK, text me when you were coming on Tuesday and they said ok. I waited until 8 am this morning to check back and they were totally confused. Then I received a text that I was scheduled for Wednesday - Ok, I was out of town on Wednesday and couldn't make it. So I finally just called back. At that point the gentleman that there were other higher priority jobs and that mine did not matter as much as the others. He argued that he would have to spend time to chase down the problem. I was willing to pay whatever it takes to get this fixed so I am not sure. At that point the person I was dealing with told me to **** off - go get someone else. After making 11 different kinds of excuses as to why he wasted a bunch of my time when we could of scheduled a organization that was not a mess and has horrible customer service.

Josh was wonderful. I had a leak he came over almost right away to seal it temporarily until he could come back and replace the entire stack. He was professional and his rates were reasonable. I was very happy with the job he did and would definitely hire him again!!
