"Joe was so kind from the start. He was able to come out quickly to evaluate if our previous water softener was able to be repaired or replaced. We had gotten quotes from 5 companies and Joes pricing was the most reasonable for the equipment and quality of work. Once we decided to go with Haven H2O they were able to fit us into their schedule within a week. We havenâ t needed to call for concerns but Joe let us know we could reach out anytime for concerns. Not that I look forward to any future plumbing problems, but if they do arise itâ s comforting knowing there is a knowledgeable and reasonably priced professional nearby."

"Joe Park returned my call promptly and came out quickly. We had no water, He explained the problem and fixed it temporarily till he could come back and solve the problem. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with his work that we asked him to do several other jobs after that.
