We couldnâ t be happier with our water system. We researched long and hard, but landed on Spring Rain for many reasons. Brian is so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had leading up to the install and offered his aid whenever we need it going forward. He was prompt and clean and did a wonderful job. Weâ ve only had our system for about a week but LOVE it. Our hard water marks are already dissolving and our reverse osmosis water tastes delicious. A nice cherry on top is the fact that the water pressure of the reverse osmosis spout is fantastic, and fills up any vessel so quickly. Thank you so much Brian and team!! .

The installer came to our home: explained how the system works, told us the cost and when we were ready, he came back and had it installed within a few hours. No more hauling salt, since he tested our water and found it was not hard so we didn't need a water softener

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Brian was very courteous when providing a quote for the job and walked me through the process. When hired, Brian was on time and very thorough with his work. We quoted out multiple outlets and this came in well under the competition.

Brian is awesome. This is a family owned and ran business and it shows in the care and the professionalism that Brian and his son exhibit. I lost my SteelTec Is water treatment system due to a power surge during the July 21st storms. The system Bryan put in is great his prices were spot on his customer service his excitement about what he does and his knowledge is incredible.
