I had no problem scheduling an appt for someone to sell me on their business but they day the work was to be done, I had to call them 5x for ETA checks on their techs. They were supposed to arrive between 9-9:30am and did not arrive until 1:15pm. Each time I called about the tech ETA, I was told by the receptionist that they would check and call me right back, they never did. The 5th time the receptionist said the supervisor of the techs said they were dispatched to my location early that morning, but he does not know where they are or why they did not show up. The receptionist called back later to say the techs should arrive by 12pm but they did not arrive until 1:15pm. When the techs arrived, I found that their supervisor told them to do a job prior to coming to my location. I was supposed to receive a lifetime warranty for the work done and after 4 calls I still have not received it. Poor customer service."

They also installed crown moulding, took out a closet and refinished the wall, took out carpet on stairs and in the office and replaced it with wood-flooring (or refinished the wood-flooring underneath), installed a dog door and two chandeliers, remodeled a fireplace (installing tiles around it and at the hearth + building a mantle).
