Deficient diagnosis, substandard technical knowledge, inadequate repair. Contracted their service to perform three repairs and they were unable to remediate one of the leaks. Their handling of the situation was even worse.

The gentleman in charge didn't really tell us what was actually wrong with the unit. He basically looked at the unit for an hour, but spent most of that time talking to us about the unit. He did tell us the problem but couldn't fix it.
