"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

I paid for drywall to be up but her never put up drywall tape or plaster . I was in a hurry because I needed to get to an appointment so I signed the without fully inspecting it . Sure wish I did . They more or less robbed this old couple of $16,000 .oh and the guy was pressuring us to let him stay longer to do more work . 10:00 pm I made him go . Instead of 1 day guarantee to finish he finishe so he says , on the second day . It still isn't complete. We got screwed. Oh . The sink is bigger than I wanted . "
