Jack arrived within the acceptable time and proceeded to work on the issue that I had called him for. He is very down-to-earth and comfortable to talk to about any plumbing questions you may have. He remedied my problem and even took a look at my own work, under the laundry tub, that I had done a few months earlier, just to ease my mind about the integrity of it.

Excellent!! Jack was very professional and knowledgeable. His wife Joni was very helpful in locating a grab-bar that was a close match to our towel rod. I would definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs!!

We were in the middle of updating the first floor of our house- painting and new tile. We decided to have a new pedestal sink installed in our powder room. Jack was referred to us by our tile contractor. Jack came that morning and immediately got to work. He needed to reroute the existing water and drain lines since we previously had a sink in a vanity. He also replaced the water line for the toilet since it was rusted. He had to work around the tilers and did so without any problems. He got the work done in 1 day and we were able to use our new sink that night! He also gave the tilers some tips when re-installing the toilet (we used the same toilet, just replaced the sink). Jack is very meticulous in his work and cleaned up after himself- if I wasn't here to see him work, I would not have known he was here! Will use Jack in the future and will recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber!

Jack's wife Joan came to my home with books to show pictures of faucets for me to look at. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I received an estimate in the mail within a few days and was able to schedule the installation as soon as the parts arrived. Jack was on time, went above what he anticipated to do due to faucets which had rusted and needed to be sawed off. He left the area completely cleaned up. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
