They were very professional from the start and very pleasant to talk to. I called and asked that they come out the same day and they where there 2 hours later.

They are my go to guys. I have used them previously for hvac stuff....both repair and installation of new. This time I used them for plumbing. I trust them.

Next day service and Nate arrived on time as stated. Cost was as estimated.

Nate ran a rotary machine through the pipe and cleared any possible clogs. He explained how the trap and clean pipe (?) worked and determined that the pipe ran to the sewer system. This is a very old house that I don't know a lot about, so I appreciated knowing that the water wasn't simply emptying into and old cesspool. Nate also gave me advise on what I could do to dry up the basement a bit without trying to sell me anything. He even looked at some other issues I was having with plumbing and made suggestions. Nate was courteous, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and M&M!

We had another company come in, they basically said that it needed to be replaced. Then I brought these guys in, they said, “no, it just needed to be cleaned!” They were thorough and experienced in diagnosing the issue.

It too longer than expected. They had discovered other problems and by the end of the day it was fixed. My initial problem was the pump cycling off and on too often. They indicated I could have a leak (which was the case). Even though my pump was fine I decided for them to replace it since they already had it out of the well.

Everything went very well. M&M mechanicals are very professional, thorough, nice and cleaned up up so nicely after all the work was done. We love our water softener. We love our new heater.

The repairman, Derick, was honest and told us that our system was old, which we were aware and what to expect in the future, but did not attempt to up-sale, but rather to tell us what we had known and what we should be prepared for in the future.  I felt very comfortable with the provider and the honesty they portrayed.  They will be our provider going forward for issues we have.  Thank you

I called M&M Mechanical LLC because my air conditioner was blowing warm air.   They came out the same day.   I was impressed with the work from beginning to end.  They were able to come earlier than expected and called to see if that would work for me.   When he came, the first thing he did was check my filter to see if it was dirty.  I asked him to replace it with one I had on hand even though it was not completely dirty, which he willingly did for me.  He told me it would probably run $800-$1000 to find and fix the leak (similar to what I was quoted by others in the past).  When he went opened up my unit, he quickly found a leak (caused by two pieces of copper tubing rubbing together) -- we discussed the history of the unit and the options.   I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the leak.  He pressurized? with nitrogen and tested it--there were no more leaks, so he removed the nitrogen, charged up my system with refrigerant and checked the system to see how it was cooling.  (He also ran another test outside, but I forget what it was and if it was before or after he replaced the refrigerant.)   The system checked out well.  

I was amazed at how quick the entire process was (approx 1-1/2 hours)--leaks aren't always found so easily.  He cheerfully answered all of my questions, did NOT try to upsell me, he told me that I could expect my 8 year old Trane to be good for another 8 years if I take care of it, and then when the bill was figured, charged me the actual $348.90 for the work instead of the estimated 800-1000. I am very pleased.  I am sitting in a cool home, very happy with the entire experience.  I definitely recommend M&M Mechanical for HVAC--there's a very good reason they have all of the 'A' ratings!

We've used M & M now for 2 different issues including a plumbing issue and an air conditioning issue.  They responded quickly with very professional service people who not only fixed our issue but educated us along the way.  When our air conditioning malfunctioned during a very hot period, they were able to get us reliable service and fix the issue within 24 hours with an only minor charge for the emergency call.  They did not take the opportunity to try and sell us services that weren't needed.  They also responded quickly and for free when the plumbing repair was not complete (could not tell it was still leaking unless someone was standing in our shower).  The only issue we had was the company they subcontracted with to repair the drywall took a very long time to schedule and come out to finish the job.

I called after hours the evening of March 2nd. Service representative took my details and asked if I wanted emergency service call, I said it was not necessary and she assured me she would forward the information. Sure enough at 8:36 the next morning there was a message in my voice mail. i called back and spoke to Nate who was very helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. i told Nate i would get back to him and let him know. i had no idea what this service should cost and wanted a price comparison and called another service on your list. The other provider on the list took all my information and assured me the would get right back to me.Literally as soon as I hung up the phone it rang and it was Nate from M&M Mechanical. He wanted to let me know that the supplier gave him the wrong price on the unit being supplied and gave me the new quote. i felt comfortable enough with the quote and his sincerity and decided just to use their services. Nate arrived at 1;00 as promised completed the job and needless to say I have not heard back from the provider on your list. 

Set up appointment to repair a leaky kitchen faucet . the plumber showed at door at scheduled date and time.
after the evaluation it was determined the faucet  would need replacement parts that would need to be ordered .
to my surprise the faucet was mostly made of plastic and looked to be cheaply made .I decided i would buy a newer better made faucet with replacement parts that were more easily obtained through a plumbing supply store..the plumber was helpful and offered suggestions on more reliable manufactures and places to buy these.
I scheduled another appointment with the plumber on the spot for a few days later so i could have time to properly pick out what i wanted. i bought the faucet. same plumber showed up promptly on time again. he installed the new faucet without issue. it works properly. all debris was removed and area cleaned up before leaving.
I was only charged for the installation visit, the first visit he did the trouble shooting for me free of charge.

There was a lot to get done, and he was done very quick, without compromising the quality of work. He took care of all the leaks and tightened all pipes. The sink was really backed up but he was able to unclogged it without any issues. They kept me constantly updated on arrival time, and where in time and ready to perform the service needed.

It has gone fine.  I have used M&M Mechanical to do routine plumbing.  I have also had them do heater / HVAC seasonal maintenance,  Always prompt, reliable, and professional.  I feel their charges are reasonable.  No complaints.
