"Installed a new toilet in our powder room replace the guts in two of our bathrooms put new drain stoppers in both of our tubs and fixed the leaky faucet in our bathtub. They were very prompt with responding to my request to be contacted approximately three minutes after I asked they called they were out the following day and the plumber was neat courteous very polite explained everything in great detail and made every effort to get everything done in one day which he did All work was done I was very pleased with the excellent Quality work. "Yesterday was one of the worst snow storms of the year.  
Then sometime during last night, our heater stopped working.  When we noticed it at 5:30am today, called Christian Heating and A/C and spoke with a LIVE operator. She said they would get the message at 8:00am.  Brian called back at 8:30.  He said someone would be out today between 9am-12noon.  The repairman, Charlie, called at 9:30 to say he would be here in 15 minutes, which he was.  It did not take him long to diagnose the problem, run for the part, and then install it.  He was done before 11:30!
Both Brian and Charlie were courteous and friendly.
I can't speak to the price, as I do not know what another company would have charged. 
(We also called another company.  Got a recording.  They called us back first, but could not guarantee anyone would be out until tomorrow.  So we got on their "list).
Had we had to wait until tomorrow, maybe pipes would have frozen and burst, and that would have been an additional expense and stressor!!!!
