It rained heavily last night - a steady downpour. But thanks to B2L's thorough gutter cleaning my downspouts drained the water perfectly away from the house. In fact, we've had a couple of rainstorms since the cleaning several weeks ago (17June2022) and the gutters/downspouts all worked beautifully. There was a gutter clogging problem in front of my house that another company failed to rectify, but B2L was able to fix it. Thanks again B2L!

The company never contacted me after I requested a quote to clean my gutters. I never received an email or phone call after my request. I had to go and find another company to do the gutter cleaning.

I checked the gutters after a rain storm and the water was coming over the tops of the gutters. I called Perry and he was supposed to get back to me. He didn't. I called again and he returned the call this time. I tried to explain how the water was coming over the tops of the gutters because the worker must have leaned his ladder on my hanging gutters and knocked them out of line. Perry said he didn't know what I was talking about. He was the one who told me about not putting a ladder onto the gutter (the first time he cleaned them) and now he is saying he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He wasn't very nice about it either (a bad day?). Anyway I am still waiting for him to remedy the situation. I don't know if the gutters were actually cleaned since the overflow comes from the downspouts as well as the rest of the gutters. I would hire him again if he fixes this job (although he did raise his price over $30)

We had our gutters cleaned and our gutter guards cleaned and replaced. They were able to clean and reuse most of our gutter guards, some of which were quite full of debris. The price quoted by phone was the same price we were charged.

Perry Schmidt came to give me a quote. He appeared to be very smart and he got up on the roof and went up in the attic to inspect from the inside. He called me up into the attic and turned out the lights. He said to notice how dark it was along the eaves of the roof. He said something is wrong. Next he went out on my deck and asked for a toothpick. He stuck it in Soffit vent holes and hit wood 1/2 inch in. The vented Soffit had been installed over solid wood by a previous contractor wrecking the normal attic ventilation. He was the only one of 4 contractors who quoted the job to find the problem. He fixed the problem during the roof installation. The roofing crew was very knowledgible and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier. This is a terrific company.

I called over the weekend to schedule an estimate for our roof repair. The roofer made an appointment to come out on Tuesday at 3:00 pm. The roofer never showed up and never called or texted to cancel the appointment. When I tried to call to find out about our appointment, I never received an answer.

Everything went very well. They responded to my request for quote quickly and quoted a reasonable price. They showed up to do the work on the day and time they said they would. While up on the roof, Perry found some other things that needed attention. He took a picture of the problem areas so I could see the problems without going up on the roof. He quoted a reasonable price to fix the problems and took care of everything while they were here.
