Bill was prompt in responding to my Angie's list inquiry and came out the next day to look at my AC & furnace. He listened to my situation and expectations and then worked with me to put together a system that I felt met my needs. I received a total of 4 estimates from other providers and Universal's was very competitive but not the lowest. However, I felt that Bill's local presence and extended warranty made the difference in moving forward with him for the job. He also offered the most customization on the furnace / AC combinations. The installation was completed in one day and I have no complaints. I would recommend Universal to friend.

Bill was very responsive, prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was even able to save me a few hundred dollars by removing one of the components that was still working from the dead unit and put it in the unit which needed fixing. He'll also be getting me a quote to replace the non-working unit. I would highly recommend Bill's company.

First of all, they were there first and on time, actually early. The negotiation was simple, they set a date and kept it, and even stayed outside for a half hour after completing the work to ensure it was working fine. Very well mannered and efficient. We are thrilled with the work. Call me anytime for reference.

Bill was great! Came out in 2 hours and fixed the problem within 10 min. And for a very reasonable price! Other companies wanted to charge double and could not come out the same day. Will definitely use them again!

Trevor came out with another guy (I forgot his name) and they were awesome! Any time I had a question. I can call them and get a quick response. I didn’t fully understand how my unit worked at first so I had to contact Bill (who is just as awesome) Trevor came right over. I’m loving my unit and will recommend them to anyone who need a new unit or their old unit fixed. I was able to trust them in my house without me being there and they clean up behind themselves. I had some other work done at my home by other companies and Universal Air is by far THE BEST!!! Thankful so much guys!! People. You’re on the right path of no headaches when dealing with Universal Air. I can’t express enough how polite and clean they are and their work matches.

Just a terrible experience. Furnace did not work and had to pay to have it reinstalled by someone else. This company does not know how to install a furnace and smiles at you as they take your money and run.

They arrive on time as arranged and got right to work. The work was estimated to take 5 days, was completed, and completed very well, in 3. Friendly and courteous the entire time, they cleaned up after themselves, answered all of my questions and made some very helpful suggestions as well. Yes, I would strongly recommend this outfit for good work at a good price.
