Unfortunately, my parents became terminally ill and I spent the next four years caring for them and put all my deals in a drawer and forgot about them. I dug them out recently and called thinking I would just pay the difference. Jeff was extraordinary - He honored the deals instead of just honoring the face value which was his right. Jeff was very responsive and came to do the work in a few days time. I forgot the screws for the brackets and he ran to Home Depot to get them. Anyone else would've rescheduled.
