"We had a terrible experience with another contractor who had left us high and dry and with a massive sanitation and safety hazard on our hands. Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. I interviewed 4-5 angie list contractors.  Total Home was second most competitive on price, but I chose them because of their professionalism throughout the process.  Some of the other contractors, while I'm sure they would have done a good job end of day, I didn't have anywhere near the same confidence level that they would complete on time and on budget.  Tom was a pro from day 1...accurate on budget, 2. responsive, 3. responsive in punch items after the main construction was done.

If you want a professional good contractor you can have faith in doing what they say throughout the process, Total Home is a good choice.  Bathroom came out really well.
