"Joe and his team were dependable, respectful and experienced. ALL-Phase did a basement room addition with soundproofing as well as electrical updating through out the house. They also installed an stovetop vent to the external of the house. This is one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I'd be sure to contact them again for future work."

"From the first phone call to the end of the construction project they were professional and kind. Matthew not only knew how to help with what we wanted but was quick to have an estimate and began when we needed them. They're estimate was resonable and very appropriate for the job. When they found out our old shower fan wasn't even hooked up to the outside, they fixed that with no problem. Would we have them do more construction work for us, absolutely. Thank you MNB Renovations."

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

"Desmond and Brian were awesome to work with! We purchased an old fixer upper and were really overwhelmed by the amount of work it needed. We wanted to do a lot of the work ourselves, but decided to hire someone to do the messy work for us. Desmond and Brian were more than willing to complete a partial job. We came across many contractors that would only renovate our kitchen from start to finish. After giving us an estimate, they were willing to negotiate some of the pricing to make us feel more comfortable with the cost. They were extremely fair with their price.
The communication was great throughout the whole experience. Desmond frequently called or texted with updates and questions. We were living about 40 minutes away during the renovation and Desmond would send picture updates on a regular basis. On one occasion, the people refinishing our floors (not affiliated with Desmond) accidently left one of our doors open. Our neighbor called Desmond and he came over right away to lock-up for us...so nice!
The work was excellent quality and they were able to complete it within the timeline we needed. We always felt comfortable having them in the house when we weren't there. Both Brian and Desmond are overall great people, did fantastic work, and were fair with work/pricing. We would definitely hire them again!

"Everything about this project went the way we wanted it to. We cannot imagine how it could have gone any better. We needed the work to be done in the shortest time window possible since a disabled parent had to be temporarily located to another part of house during the work. Dan and his son were able to schedule us in and he completed the work extremely quickly. The quality of the work on all aspects is outstanding! Most remodeling projects sometimes present some challenges and surprises. Dan is very flexible and creative in helping come up with the best solution that keeps the project near the cost and time targets. Dan has a positive and friendly approach to his work. He is very honest and realistic in his estimates of time and cost, and it is very clear he strives to hit on both. He is a pleasure to have in your house if you will be staying there during the remodeling work. If you are looking for a highly skilled, trustworthy, and professional contractor to do remodeling work in the Berks County area - you should give Dan a call. I give him the STRONGEST RECOMMENDATION possible."

"Stephen is a good honest contractor who has excellent staff who work clean, on time and as promised. I can not say enough good things about him. The job is beautifully done. I would highly recommend him ."

"A+++ I can't say enough good things about Nolan and the team of professionals that I dealt with from start to finish. Business agent Rob Hancock stayed in touch with me throughout the process and although he said they didn't do stucco repairs he supplied me with the gentleman I did deal with and they were exceptional ( Keiran O'Grady & Seamus - Dan-Mayo stucco, Masonary, cement contractors ). Nolan team led by coordinator Connell and job manager Suzgo Banda were excellent and always timely and professional . However the real highlight was the professionalism showed by their employees, Juan Carlos and Randy. These two gentleman along with Suzgo went above and beyond even our wildest expectation. Showing up at 7 am covering and protecting all landscaping before starting these gentlemen sanded, scraped, powerwashed, masonry sealed all surfaces. Then painted what they could applying two coats on separate days in weeks one and two. The stucco guys came in on a Tuesday and worked on fixing the stucco over the next three days putting several coats on three main areas we needed replaced. Once done Nolans team came back in and are finishing up as I type. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting done inside or out as well as Dun-Mayo for reasonably priced stucco repairs. Also at the end of the job along with their survey they give each customer a $100 voucher towards their next paining project. Pretty awesome. As a footnote in our research we discovered Nolan's employees are given benefits and most have worked with them for 25 years or more. We think this is pretty amazing and as a union man helped make this decision easier."

"They did a fine job, but they did have some communication issues. They did not always let us know when they were coming. They did not complete the job quickly, either, as the project stretched out longer than expected. They were very friendly and accomidating, however. I would consider calling them for future work."

"Everything went great! Ronda has an excellent eye for design, listened to our ideas and needs, and provided her own ideas that we didn't even think of. She also took us granite and tile shopping. She created a few layouts for us to choose from, and she worked with us to figure out which one worked best for us. We used her contractor, Steve, and his crew, who did a great job as well. This was our first remodel, and we were a little nervous about it, but they let us know how they were doing the whole way through. The end result is gorgeous! We were so pleased with Ronda that we plan on using her again for a bathroom remodel!"
