"Our project was very professionally executed by Dan and his son. Great job guys! We were very pleased with the attention they both paid to the details that were important to us and the time they spent solving the unique challenges our particular remodel project presented. Our project required removing existing interior walls, building new interior walls, moving/replacing an interior closet door, removing a portion of existing wall to wall carpeting, installing new vinyl plank flooring in its place, and last but not least - within an existing wall, creating a custom snug-fitting, recessed, exactly-flush-mounted television w/sound bar area for us. "Mark and Adam did an AMAZING job! If I could give them a score from 1-10, it would be a 20! They found many issues where things were done wrong in the 80 years since the house was built and they fixed every one from the floor joists being un-level, to electric wiring run outside the wall to the sink drain being piped wrong. They were both so professional and precise with all there work. They did a new floor, new cabinets, backsplash tiles, new plumbing, new outlets, new back door and screen door. And they were so reasonably priced! Everything is awesome and I will definitely be hiring them again. I wish I could post before and after pictures!"

"The construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity. He was so calm and reassuring during the process which reflected on how we dealt with the renovation ourselves. He was extremely conscientious and reliable and that's why we have just hired Ramsey Builders for our addition that is underway now. The bathroom renovation went great and we have all the confidence in the world in Ramsey Builders."

They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. They did mold testing and made sure everything was safe, the best part was that they dealt with the insurance and we didn’t have to do anything."

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. With most estimates being fairly similar, we decided to work with Colmar and were not disappointed. Along with listening to our ideas as to what we wanted, they also provided expert insight into those ideas and helped shape our final decisions. The painters showed up promptly and ready to work hard every day. They were very accommodating to me as I was off work and home during the time frame they were working in our home. The painters were friendly, courteous, and attentive to our requests. They finished painting our entire home in only eight days. Our biggest concern was attention to detail and we are very impressed with the quality of their wok as well as their willingness to meet our demands and go above and beyond expectations.
