I interviewed 4-5 angie list contractors.  Total Home was second most competitive on price, but I chose them because of their professionalism throughout the process.  Some of the other contractors, while I'm sure they would have done a good job end of day, I didn't have anywhere near the same confidence level that they would complete on time and on budget.  Tom was a pro from day 1...accurate on budget, 2. responsive, 3. responsive in punch items after the main construction was done.

If you want a professional good contractor you can have faith in doing what they say throughout the process, Total Home is a good choice.  Bathroom came out really well.

"Weldon Builders went above and beyond to complete a basement renovation project that was left unfinished by a previous contractor. In addition, they finished 2 bathrooms, a pantry floor, and installed a new sliding door leading to our back deck. They were always prompt, friendly and professional. "After having a contractor walk out on me without finishing the job I dealt with this hideous stair case. That was up until I met Phillip! I found him on Angi & within just a few days he was able to come and evaluate the work that I needed. Not only on the stair case but other unfinished project in just 2 days he completely flipped my home.
