"Incredible job done by Sergio and his crew. We needed our kitchen cabinets painted and they got it done in 2 days! The guys were professional and proficient. They literally got every spot, and then went back over and to see if they missed anything. These guys are affordable and well worth their price. Definitely will be using them again when painting my house!!"

"Owner Tim was wonderful to work with! I just had surgery and could not remove items from the wall so he could paint. Tim & Paul removed all pictures and furniture. They went above and beyond what was expected. They did a wonderful job painting walls and ceiling. I would recommend them!"

"DnB was good with a complicated job here of using 5 different paint colors and 2 different stain colors all in close quarters, along with three or four areas of drywall that were a mess from prior contractor. Also they met their timing commitment to the very day that they promised arrival (two months prior)."

"Sylvan and his crew did an incredible job with painting our barns! They thoroughly prepped them properly so the paint would have the longest life and best appearance. We had 5 very large barns & chicken houses and they looked amazing! Highly recommend their work!"

Painting questions, answered by experts

If you paint a vinyl fence, it will likely stick to it for only a brief amount of time. This is because vinyl is not a porous material, so it's not an ideal surface for holding paint. Initially, paint will stick to your fence, but it will eventually peel off. Applying primer before painting your vinyl fence will help paint last longer. Certain primers are well-suited to vinyl, which means you can paint vinyl siding with the proper preparation.

On most untreated wood fences, there is no need to sand before treating. You typically only need to sand if there’s an old coat of paint or stain on your fence. If you do need to sand off a previous paint or protective coating (like an old stain or sealant), use medium-grit sandpaper.

To prevent a fence from becoming dirty, hose it down weekly and after every time you mow the lawn. This will prevent algae from being able to feed on grass clippings. You should also wash your fence once per season and trim plants so they don’t touch it. As a precautionary measure, you can treat your fence with a coating of a mold prevention product.

Regular cleaning, touch-ups for small defects, and resealing or repainting every 2-3 years help to maintain a vibrant appearance and protection.

Wood stain is typically dry to the touch within 6 to 12 hours, but it is not fully cured at this point. You should wait at least 24 hours before applying a second coat or a protective finish. For surfaces like decks, avoid walking on them for at least 24 to 48 hours, and wait even longer before placing furniture. The full curing process can take from 24 hours to one week, depending on the type of stain. Factors like high humidity and cold temperatures can extend drying and curing times, so it's wise to allow for extra time in these conditions.
