"It was really good.  The contractor Alex called me early one Sunday morning saying it is supposed to rain really hard.  He asked if it was okay if he came out early and have his guys fix the roof before the rain came.  It couldn't get much better than that.  It was pretty quick.  There was really good communication and he actually seemed to take care of his clients.  He did a good job.  My roof doesn't leak.  He came sooner."
