"The quality of the work was satisfactory, it is demolition, it is nothing pretty but it is exactly what you are looking for. A cleared out area that had something you do not want prior. The best part was the service. After 3 quotes I was told I had have to wait until late September/Early October for each of them. I then heard from a friend about Tom and he came out within the week to give an estimate that was still comparable with the others and was able to fit me on his schedule early August. I had builders scheduled to start a new Deck first week in September that I was scared I was going to have to move and now we have a removed old deck, all cleared out and ready for the new one to go up. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting.
