John immediately came out and gave me an estimate, but before the estimate he had me set up with an architect to redesign my lay out and John made some great suggestions that the architect put into effect. John worked the estimate to fit my budget and I decided it was now or never so I signed on the dotted line! And his company did quite a remarkable job! I couldn't believe the transformation from what I had to live with for years, to what I now LOVE and enjoy being in my kitchen again. Thank you John Ott and all the men who did this gorgeous transformation! They were THE most courteous workers I've ever dealt with. They cleaned up the area completely each day before they left. They were very careful not to let my cats out when they came in and out of the doors. They even called one morning to say they were running late but would be there within the hour.
