NexGen worked closely with our insurance company ensuring we received all of the compensation we needed and were due. We have had NexGen replace doors at the house as well and have been very pleased with the responsiveness, expertise, efficiency, workmanship & personalized care afforded by all of the folks working there. They incorporated several improvements, including a Rain Escape system for a dry area underneath, an LVO beam to reduce the number of columns, upgraded materials, enhanced lighting, and a new ceiling soffit. The only downside was that the project took three months instead of the promised three weeks. Despite the delay, we are thrilled with our beautiful new deck and look forward to enjoying it for many years. "
