"We had a pretty long list of small like repaired drywall cracks and painting to larger jobs such as rebuilding a flagstone walkway. What impressed me most was the creativity in solutions for what seemed simple, but was not. One example was a large panel next to our refrigerator which was water damaged. Nothing could fix the water damage so the solution was to craft a panel to affix, stain to color, and make it like the damage never happened. The fact we had a leak is a disclosure item for a sale, the fact that it was fixed is what we hired this company for. Excellent work with very nice people."

"Everything was perfect. I’m very pleased and impressed with Dave’s responsiveness, professionalism and ability. Some stubborn parts on our old tub and shower were tricky, but he persevered and made everything work wonderfully well. He hung a large framed painting that had been leaning against the fireplace for ages (this required a pro to hang correctly) and it looks outstanding. It’s centered just right and is secure. Lastly, he installed a new faucet in another bathroom and that looks gorgeous also. Dave does it all and I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements and repairs. "I hired D Design Woodworking to build a floor mirror utilizing an antique mirror from an English armoire. We discussed the design, the type of wood (maple) to be used and the stain color. I received the mirror yesterday and I couldnâ t be happier. The mirror looks great in the frame and Iâ m extremely impressed with the workmanship. "The install went great for both jobs - no issues with them.  The closet insert was a no brainier.  Converting the linen closet to a drawer / door storage unit didn't go as well.  My opinion is the sales person / estimator needed more experience.  We removed the door and frame and measured from the rough studs which was not plum but took the smallest measurement. After reviewing the drawing provided by the sales person some adjustments were made.  Bottom line was we should have measured the inside of the door frame and made a minor adjustment to account for a wider trim. on one side.  Live and learn. I'd recommend getting several estimates and use this company as such.  My wife pushed this to be completed and the sales person had a buy now price.  enough said.
