Repairs R Us

The company seems to be run by two brothers, Skip and Ralph, who are very professional, personable, and efficient. One of my bigger challenges in working with handymen and contractors in the past has been the difficulty in scheduling appointments and getting estimates in a timely and professional manner. When Skip returned my phone call the same day AND was willing to give me a rough estimate over the phone based on what I was describing, I knew I was dealing with someone who was reliable and serious about doing the job. They were able to squeeze me in just a couple days after we spoke. They arrived promptly, were friendly, respectful of my home (wiped their feet on the rug), and professional. From start to finish, their communication was clear and I felt informed of everything that was going on. They were even engaging with my two young children (ages 3 and 1) which was by no means necessary but certainly says something about their personalities. They honored a $25 coupon I had received in the mail. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future for any other home improvement or renovation projects. From what I understand, they do kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, siding, porches, windows and doors, roofing, painting, crown molding, and tile work.
