AJ did not try to upsell us, took the time to explain exactly what would be done, guaranteed his work. The crew arrived on time, were polite and had clean work habits. In fact, when they discovered the drain in basement washtub was clogged, one guy took the drain apart, cleared the debris, and put it back together just as a courtesy. Work was completed on time, as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend AJ and team."
