Matt was the ultimate professional. He came out and had a quote back to me in two days. It was very detailed down to the line items for the necessary repairs. Once I reviewed the quote he told me he could do the work the next week. He just finished today and did a great job. This job has some challenges but he had no problem tackling them. The work was done correctly and before he left he cleaned everything up. You would never know he was here. He was also very friendly and nice to talk to. I would recommend anyone looking to get outside repairs done to use Blue Rock Contractors.

Matt responded quickly, which I appreciated because a downspout had failed during a deluge and more rain was on the way. The price to replace all my downspouts was fair and the work was expertly done. Matt even went above and beyond and came back to repair a drain line that had cracked. Job well done. Highly recommend.

Great guy

I was generally impressed with Matt knowledge and pleasantness to work with, but in the end, I am giving Matt just 1.5 stars because he never completed the job, and never gave an explanation. I had a gutter that was leaking, so I gave Matt a call to provide an estimate. Matt came out promptly and inspected the job, provided an estimate, and made an appointment to complete the work, but canceled twice, was a no-show the third time, and never responded to follow-up calls. Matt seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, so I was looking forward to working with him. I still have no idea what happened to him.

Matt just left after replacing a second story gutter that normally I would do myself but, due to the working height and my age, I decided to leave this up to a pro. Matt kept me informed during the entire process, When he discovered a deficiency that was a lack of flashing behind the gutter from when the house was built in 1983, he said I had a choice to leave it that way or install the proper flashing. I chose the latter. Of course that raised the price but it was still very fair. Matt is very personable and I knew he was the right guy when he came to give me the estimate which only took one day after contacting him. I hired him on the spot. He is coming back next week to work on a chimney pointing project and I will be keeping his number handy for any future needs. Hire Matt with confidence!

Matt was very courteous and efficient. Identified the issue (leak in the attic) and got on with it. Offered to return if the problem wasn't cured. Reasonable price. Overall very good experience. Would call Matt again for any other exterior/roofing issues.

Matthew was very professional; was attentive to hearing what my issue was (a continueous leak in my bay window); identified where the problem was & got it fixed vs other contractors who wanted to ripe everything out & reinstall at a very costly price tag. I have already recommendeed Matthew to one of my neigbors. Great company & a great contractor.

Great service for a very reasonable price. In addition to cleaning the gutters, Matt made repairs on a couple of gutters, fixed some loose shingles, and did some other minor repairs. I already recommended Matt to a friend of mine.

Matt repaired siding on the side of my home and sealed a leaking copper window roof/awning efficiently and for such an affordable price that I recommended him to a friend in the neighborhood. He came back to clean my gutters the following week. He is one of the best local contractors in the area.

The response time was basically immediate and Matt took care of my siding repair quickly, professionally, courteously, and for a very reasonable price. It was a small job that I had a hard time getting someone to look at. I would definitely use him again!

Blue Rock contractors was a pleasure to deal with. Matt, the owner, came out and gave a professional appraisal of what was needed for my repair work. Things came up for me and I had to put the start of job on hold for 6 months. When I called Matt 6 months later he had all my information and was ready to go no problem. Blue Rock contractors will follow up with all of your questions, they are organized, professional, friendly and take the time to clean up when completed.

Great onsite work and customer service. Arrive on time and completed the work with a high degree of skill and knowledge. Repair work was to re-secure a long piece of sliding that had blown free after a recent wind storm. The job requird the use of a ladder on a hill, which needed to be repositioned several times due the length of the sidling. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price.

Matthew caulked all the windows in my mother's older home and wrapped the garage door opening in vinyl. From the start he was prompt, very courteous and friendly. He advised us quickly of any weather related scheduling changes and did the work as promised. My mother was very happy with the entire experience.
