"The plumbing was great; I loved them. They were efficient. It has reduced my gas cost; it is great. I would recommend them because they were very professional; from the guy that came out to give me an estimate to the people who called me in the office to make sure I got everything and to the guys who actually did the work. "They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.
