We are beyond pleased with our brand new stair lift that was installed by Ryan last week . He came to us like an angel in our time of need as I had surgery on my knee and was able to get the lift installed ,just the day before my surgery . He made changes to his very busy schedule to accommodate our needs for which we remain extremely grateful !He is very knowledgeable,skilled , patient and thorough and his commitment to detail is outstanding. He is very responsive and communicates very well . He was able to anticipate any potential problems and guided us every step of the way ,while giving us options to consider . He has a wealth of experience in this business that has gone through generations . He gave us ample time to demonstrate and use the lift highlighting the most important safety component. He is also very friendly ,polite and personable! There is a reason he has all 5 star reviews - all so truly well deserved ! Our lift has been a lifesaver and is easy to operate . Ryan was very good at explaining every thing to us. We both tried the stairlift before he left. He was so thoughtful, he even cleared the snow off our steps and walk. He didn't have to use the steps, it was just him being kind. I would definitely recommend him!

We couldn't be happier with Accessible America, who installed our stair lift. The owner, Ryan, is professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, dependable ... and patient with one who asks a lot of questions. (That's me!) My husband's mobility has deteriorated over the years that he has lived with Multiple Sclerosis. He still walks, using a cane, but the stairs take so much of his effort and his limited energy. The stair lift is a god-send! I first spoke with Ryan on the phone. Later he came out to measure, explain our options and review expectations. Ryan is quick to reply to both calls and email. The installation was completed in a timely manner. This is all new to us, but Ryan's manner and experience put us at ease. This stair lift is on carpeted stairs from our first floor to the second. We are already planning for a second stair lift in our basement. When we are ready for it, without hesitation we will call Accessible America to do the work.

Ryan was a very nice gentleman who is very knowledable and did excellent work. He explained everything to me and made sure I could manage the chairlift before he left. I highly recommend him to anyone who can use his service.

Owner/Installer was knowledgeable, understanding and provided top tier service. He delivered what he promised, including timely installation. He was very responsive to even a slight and easily addressed performance issue and was proactive in reviewing design of unit to ensure unit would fully meet requirements. He was the reason I purchased this brand of stair glide.
