We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. "Clark Phillips personally came to give me a quote on the work, then a few weeks later his mason, Brandon called me to follow up and he also came out to look at the work that needed to be done. Then called again to see if I wanted to schedule. I felt very secure with their assessment of the work and estimate so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done early December. They called to delay it a few days due to the weather. When Brandon began the work he completed it within 2.5 days. He was very neat and cleaned up everyday. Clark came back on the last day to review the job with me I'm very happy with the work done and would highly recommend Phillips Masonry."

"This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! "It has been some time since I had the work done. Rick and his crew arrived on time on 10/2019. It started to rain that morning but as soon as it slowed down, they started to remove the 4 unsightly hedges from the front of the house. They cleared out all the weeds that had grown between the driveway and a 100 foot retaining wall. Also the weeds above the retaining wall at the front corner of the house. There was an overgrown Magnolia tree, Rhododendron bush that was pruned and a sticker bush that I had cut down. The debris was cleared from the entire area. I had Rick return in 7/2020 to clear out the weeds again along the driveway and the front corner of the house. He sprayed the area for weeds, covered the entire areas completely with plastic and mulch. I was satisfied with the work that was done and would hire again."
