Adam, from A Good Guy HVAC, responded immediately and arrived at my house within an hour. He went straight to work identifying the issue and resolved our problem. His price was reasonable and we have A/C. I’d recommend work.

Adam from A good Guy HVAC is the best. He went above and beyond my expectations. We had window units for a/c and baseboard electric for heat. We were tired of putting in and removing window units every summer and the baseboard electric would click on and off constantly all night long. He came over and suggested 2 mini split units downstairs and a ducted system upstairs. We went with Daikin Brand. It is so efficient. Our electric bill has been cut in half. Adam always showed up on time and he never left a mess. His attention to detail is top notch . 5 stars would use again.

Our AC stopped working, the blower motor went. We had several people from other company's say they couldnt or wouldn't fix it and tried charging an arm and a leg with the possibility of having to remove the entire system.... We called A Good Guy and Adam came out quickly to take a look. He was very nice, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to us. He looked at it and was able to diagnose and get the part needed to fix the blower motor with in the same day and for a very reasonable price even with the small space he had to work in.. I would definitely go to him again for work in the future and recommend him to anybody needing work done. Thank you Adam for you help, tips and getting us up and running again!

My thermostat and central air conditioning unit stopped working during the recent heatwave. He appeared very quickly, analyzed my problem, and told me that repairs to my furnace would be $1,100 in that 3 components needed to be replaced. Everything worked fine prior to that, so I was suspicious and called in an electrician to look at the problem. Within an hour, the electrician discovered that one of the two 110 volt leads into the house was not functioning, so therefore I was only getting 110 volts instead of 220 volts which were needed for the A/C. My utility, Peco, appeared within hours and replaced the line from the pole to the house and my A/C has worked ever since. It had nothing to do with **broken** components.

"I tried to help Mr D. A 110v inside unit does not need 220v. I had 125 volts on my meter. The blower motor had a burnt electrical smell and melted rubber shreds. The step down transformer had 110volts with no 24v output. And I didn?t even charge to check it because I thought he needed help. I can?t speak for peco. But this Hvac system is limping if it even works at all. Thank you sir. Good luck."

Fast. He was at the house in less than a couple hours. At least some of that was probably luck on my part, but still, he gets credit. Knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to me. He also didn't try to sell me on other stuff, which earned him more work.

My central air unit went down in a heat wave late afternoon, called A good guy HVAC 6:30 the next morning and got a call back at 7 am and Adam was here at 7:30 and fixed by 8:00 am. The best experience I have had with a service call ever. Highly recommend him.

We had an issue with our furnace. I was in contact with A Good Guy HVAC late Friday afternoon and he was still able to come out that night to diagnose the problem and order the parts. Adam was actually able to get the furnace to run for a while in the interim, which was great, and even offered his personal space heater when that stopped working! When the part came in he was here right away and the problem was taken care of before we knew it. I really can t say enough about every aspect of our experience with A Good Guy HVAC and would recommend him to anyone!
