First, Bill was very responsive and able to come out to see what I wanted fixed at my first availability. After a week of the team being here and seeing their work, my wife and I were so impressed by the quality of their work we asked for additional fixes, which the team were able to fit into their busy schedule. Overall the team was here for just over 2 weeks, fixed every issue we had, and our experience was extremely positive. Bill was also able to recommend a local lumber store (Tinsman Brothers) where my dad and I purchased some lumber for an additional job we wanted to tackle ourselves. My wife and I are already planning to hire Bill and his team next year to install a steel roof on our porch overhang to match our shed, replace our basement carpet with vinyl flooring, and update our kitchen.
