Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. Personally, they were conscientious, diligent and trustworthy, as well as patient, friendly and kind, including with very curious twin five year olds there several afternoons a week.

Excellent work, very diligent, and adept workers. Craftsmen like work when job was complete. Took all trash and debris with them when they completed the job. Would recommend ZARZA to anyone and everyone!

Working with Bill was key. Communication lines were open. I felt comfortable asking questions and I became confident in his competence and ethic. I've worked with Zarza on another project after the windows, was satisfied again and expect this to continue.

Bill and his team handled multiple fixes for our household (I was only allowed to select one option here). First, Bill was very responsive and able to come out to see what I wanted fixed at my first availability. I was given a quote a few days later and it was in the same range as the other three quotes I had received (there was one fix - support under our house and deck that couldn't be accessed from a quick look, but Bill provided a rough estimate - the other companies wouldn't even provide a rough estimate). I decided to go with Zarza, Inc because of the friendliness, detailed description of the estimates, and flexibility to add more work if requested. The team was able to get started just a few weeks after I signed a contract and our experience was phenomenal. Every individual on the 4 person team was friendly, courteous, and extremely talented. The list of items we had Bill and his team at Zarza, Inc fix/address included; basement ceiling drywall fixes and painting, outdoor window repair, shed roof replacement, shed door replacement, complete outdoor deck repair, expansion of deck stairs to make them safe, some outdoor stone paver cutting/reinstallation from the stair expansion, addition of deck gate for our child, some indoor trim fixes, and and HVAC issue Cooper Mechanical provided an extremely high quote for (Zarza Inc saved us over $2k just on just the HVAC issue). After a week of the team being here and seeing their work, my wife and I were so impressed by the quality of their work we asked for additional fixes, which the team were able to fit into their busy schedule. Overall the team was here for just over 2 weeks, fixed every issue we had, and our experience was extremely positive. Bill was also able to recommend a local lumber store (Tinsman Brothers) where my dad and I purchased some lumber for an additional job we wanted to tackle ourselves. My wife and I are already planning to hire Bill and his team next year to install a steel roof on our porch overhang to match our shed, replace our basement carpet with vinyl flooring, and update our kitchen. There won't be any need for us to shop around for quotes, because we'll be calling Zarza, Inc for all our home repair and updating needs. Once again, big thanks to the entire team at Zarza Inc!

Hired to repair basement. Very meticulous and thorough job. Got quotes from 4 contractors. Most reasonable price but didn't sacrifice in quality. Accommodating to your needs. People are very nice as well. Would hire them again for another project.

Bill and his employees were thorough, attentive, personable, and did top notch work installing new moldings in our foyer and board and batten in our dining room. They also installed over 1100 square feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Bill and his team have done multiple large and small projects at my home, including a master bathroom, kitchen and basement work (including installation of floor supports and a new staircase), gutter replacement, deck repair, electrical work and miscellaneous home repair and upkeep projects. Bill also completed significant work, including deck installation, for the prior owner. I trust Bill completely - he is reliable, trustworthy, capable, always available when needed (and he is willing to immediately jump in when a crisis occurs), and he honors/supports the quality of his services. I highly recommend Bill and his team, and will continue to use him for upcoming projects.

itâ s such a pleasure to work with someone experienced, professional, honest and personable! Bill replaced 3 steps from kitchen to terrace with a completely different order of work than the rotting, below code, dangerous steps I had. Requested photos, checked the steps himself, gave me a reasonable quote, had the work done with no further involvement from me and then checked the job afterwards. The experience was so good I asked if he had painters - yes - who I then hired to re-paint my bathroom and porch after a botched job by someone else. I wish he could rebuild my whole house!
