"We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

They arrived right on time every day and cleaned up daily. They were very respectful to us and our property. Matt actually worked with his crew and made sure each cut was perfect. Hardly any waste which tells me they have years of experience working with the pavers. The icing on the cake was the led light installed in the blocks. They work on a transformer, have an extremely long life, can be easily replaced if they ever die and best of all you can control everything from your phone or iPad. You can set the time they go on and off, what days, etc. They also add a welcoming feeling as you walk to your front door. I canâ t say enough good things about Professional Landscape Service, Inc. If you want the job done right, hire these guys. They even brought in dirt to grade the walkway and seeded it! We didnâ t have to do anything except wait for the grass to grow. All in all, a very pleasant experience."
