"Very prompt response, I had them repair/replace exterior trim around garage door entrance and wood that runs vertically on front corner of house. There has been some minor rotting of the wood in both locations due to wet conditions over the years. They installed new weatherproof aluminum flashing over both locations and caulked appropriately. "Todd did a few small projects including installing closet doors and cleaning and painting the deck and a fence. Everything was done on time as promised. The only problem was with power washing of the concrete by the pool. He didn't seem to have the right equipment for this difficult job, so we omitted that, but he did make other suggestions on how to get that accomplished. Overall, a good experience."
