"WOULD TOTALLY HIRE AGAIN! Communication was great. Price was great, $70/man hour. He didn't charge for materials because it was patch work and he had some drywall laying around. We had them repair dry wall areas before backsplash installation by another company and the company said that the drywall repair was a great job. Our painters commented the same. We also had this company hang some ceiling lights they weren't in perfectly. He also installed a curtain rod for us that we added on when he arrived. Work got done and it was quality for a great price."

"Todd did a few small projects including installing closet doors and cleaning and painting the deck and a fence. Everything was done on time as promised. The only problem was with power washing of the concrete by the pool. He didn't seem to have the right equipment for this difficult job, so we omitted that, but he did make other suggestions on how to get that accomplished. Overall, a good experience."

Drywall/Paint work was good.  They purchased all the material needed for the work. Pricing was based on Labor/Material. 
Bathroom tiles near vanity/mirror/behind toilet: The finish could have been a little better but the space was a bit cramped so I can understand. 
They helped fix a few additional things that were not in our agreement for free. For example, towards the end of the contracted work we noticed water leaking from another bathroom tub. Aziz applied some grout free of charge. A few days later, we realized that the water leak issue in the tub wasn't fixed so we called Aziz and he came over within a day or two and refinished the tiles. We have not noticed any leaks since then. Aziz also installed a few laminate tiles in the closet free of charge.
He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and was available to start work within a short period. Work was completed over 3 days (as per plan). He was also responsive for small followup work that we needed."

I once paid a guy $350.00 to install 1 fan and he took twice as long as the nail it guy took to install 2 fans, outside on a patio deck.
