"I do not accept the conclusion of the other pro. I was not contacted to discuss this conclusion at the time, and I have no idea what the other pro's conclusion was based on. Mr. O'Neill's unit was installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, which were open and in plain sight while Mr. O'Neill was present and observing me doing the work. The unit functioned properly when it was installed. I will need to be provided with a copy of this pro's report indicating why he made this conclusion, along with any photos that might illustrate what was allegedly done wrong."
