"They were friendly and they were quick. They had a great sense of humor and they were really great guys so I really like them. They really know their job, they really do and people had some other things to tell me that I didn't know. I was so glad. He really gave me some nice tips on things that I could do because he obviously was in my basement and he saw that I didn't have any heat down there. I better get heat there because the pipes will freeze. There's a leak in my bathroom and one of the faucets leaks should get fixed right away because it might turn out the pump again so he told me a lot of things. He was very helpful. "

End result is a bathroom that was well constructed, but contains some things I wouldn?t have chosen had I been given better information at the outset and not been subjected to such an unpleasant and unprofessional salesperson."

This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "

There is a significant amount of water under the carpet?an area that was supposedly repaired in March?as well as water in the storage area, which was the original reason I hired the company. The same problem has occurred twice within thirteen months of installation. The system is not functioning as promised, and the previous repair did not address the underlying issue. I am now requesting an immediate inspection and a proper fix"

Mike discussed some of the problems I might have and we decided to replace the old (cast iron ) lines as there was most likely a break in the line some where. he returned 2 days later ( right after New Year ) with a back hoe and dug up and replaced the old lines with PVC. there were a few obstacles with the job but he was Very professional and knew exactly what to do. He kept me informed the whole way threw the process. by afternoon the job was completed and working great. he even fixed another smaller line that was a problem. the price he quoted was what he charged even with the extra work.
